Processing Time
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, GMT+7).
- You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Origin & Carriers
- Orders ship from our international facility in Vietnam.
- We use YunExpress for international line-haul and hand off to USPS for final delivery within the United States.
Delivery Time (Contiguous U.S.)
- Typical transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
- Most orders arrive in 8–12 business days, but peak seasons, weather, security or customs checks may extend timelines.
Tracking
- A YunExpress tracking number is issued when your order ships.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate.
- Once inducted into USPS, your tracking page will start showing USPS events through final delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Flat rate: $6.99 per order.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Service Area
- We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Address Changes
- If you need to correct your address, please email support@guteestore.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivery Attempts & Returned-to-Sender
- If a parcel is returned due to an invalid/incomplete address, refusal, or delivery failure, we can reship it once the address is corrected.
- Reshipment postage will be charged at the same flat rate ($6.99) before we dispatch again.
Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels
- If tracking shows no updates for 7 business days, or your parcel exceeds 20 business days in transit, contact us at support@guteestore.com with your order number.
- We’ll open an investigation with YunExpress/USPS and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) according to the carrier’s final status.
Split Shipments
- To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately when practical. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
Taxes & Duties
- Orders are billed in USD. Any taxes shown at checkout are collected by us; any import-related assessments (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Verification
- To protect customers from fraud, we may place orders on a brief hold to verify payment or address details. You’ll be notified by email if additional information is required.
