Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The item does not match the product description

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
  • You received the wrong item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer (please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order)
  • Custom or personalized items unless defective
