We ship orders from our international facility in Vietnam to customers in the United States. Please read the details below to understand our processing time, delivery timeframes, shipping fees, and what to do if your parcel is delayed.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, GMT+7).
  • You’ll receive:
    • an order confirmation right after purchase, and
    • a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons may require extra time.

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers

  • All orders ship from Vietnam.
  • We use YunExpress for the international leg and hand off to USPS for final-mile delivery within the United States.
  • Because this is cross-border shipping, tracking may show two parts (YunExpress → USPS).

3. Delivery Time (United States)

  • Typical transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
  • Most parcels arrive in 8–12 business days.
  • Delays can happen due to customs clearance, weather, security checks, high-volume seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), or courier backlog.

If your tracking shows no update for 7 business days, or your order exceeds 20 business days in transit, please contact us at support@guteestore.com so we can investigate with YunExpress/USPS.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: $6.99 per order.
  • We do not offer free shipping at this time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, even if you later return the item.
  • If we need to reship due to an incorrect address or a returned-to-sender parcel, the same flat rate ($6.99) will be charged again before we dispatch.

5. Service Area

  • We currently ship to most addresses within the United States.
  • We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories at this time.
  • For remote or special addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, islands), we may contact you to confirm delivery options. If delivery is not possible, we will refund the order.

6. Address Changes & Order Changes

  • If you entered a wrong or incomplete address, please email support@guteestore.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be in fulfillment and changes are not guaranteed.
  • Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

7. Delivery Attempts & Returned-to-Sender

  • If a parcel is returned to us because of:
    • invalid / incomplete address,
    • delivery refused, or
    • customer not available,
      we can reship once the address is corrected.
  • Reshipment postage will be charged at $6.99.

8. Tracking

  • A YunExpress tracking number is generated when your order ships.
  • Tracking can take 24–72 hours to become active in the system.
  • Once the package is handed over to USPS, you will start seeing USPS events (arrival at unit, out for delivery, delivered).

9. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items from the same order may ship separately when practical (for example, if different items are ready at different times). You will receive tracking for each parcel.


10. Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, or total transit time exceeds 20 business days, contact us with your order number + tracking number.
  • We will open a case with the carrier.
  • Depending on the carrier’s final status, we will offer a replacement or refund.

11. Returns & Refunds (IMPORTANT)

  • For change-of-mind, wrong size/color, or customer address issues, the customer pays the return shipping.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover or credit the return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges ($6.99) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

This is to keep the shipping page and the return page fully consistent for customers and for platforms (Google Merchant Center, marketplaces).


12. Taxes & Duties

  • Orders are billed in USD.
  • Any taxes or fees shown at checkout are collected by us.
  • If your location requires additional import-related assessments, they may be the customer’s responsibility.

13. Order Verification / Fraud Prevention

  • To protect our customers, we may place an order on temporary hold if the payment, address, or IP information looks unusual.
  • We will contact you by email if we need additional information.
  • Once verified, the order will be released for shipping.
