1. Overview

By purchasing from our store, you agree to:

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Many of our products are made-to-order / fulfilled on demand.
  • All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct errors (including typos, images, or descriptions) at any time without prior notice.
  • Product colors and mockups may vary slightly due to screen/device settings.

4. Orders, Payment & Cancellations

4.1 Payment methods
We currently accept:

  • PayPal
  • Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

We do not store full card details on our servers.

4.2 Order processing

  • Orders are processed after full payment is received.
  • Orders are usually sent to fulfillment within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, GMT+7).

4.3 Order changes / corrections

  • You can request address changes or order changes within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@guteestore.com.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be in production or packed, so changes are not guaranteed.

4.4 Order cancellation

  • You can cancel for free within 12 hours after purchase.
  • After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the Return & Refund Policy.

4.5 Incorrect / incomplete address

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an invalid/incomplete address or delivery refusal, we can reship after you provide the correct address.
  • Reshipment postage: $6.99 per reshipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Origin: All orders ship from our international facility in Vietnam.
  • Carriers: We use YunExpress for international transit and USPS for final delivery within the United States.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, GMT+7).
  • Estimated delivery (U.S.): typically 7–15 business days after dispatch (most arrive in 8–12 days). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate.
  • Shipping fee: Flat rate $6.99 per order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, even if you later return the item.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons, but we will assist with investigations.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Return window

  • You may request a return or refund within 180 days from the delivery date.
  • Requests made after 180 days may be declined.

6.2 Condition of items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA) may be refused.

6.3 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges (size/color swap).
  • If you want a different size/color, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • For defective, damaged or incorrect items we may send a free replacement or issue a refund.

6.4 Who pays return shipping?

  • Customer pays return shipping for: change-of-mind, ordered wrong size/color, or address-related returns.
  • We pay / we provide a solution for: defective/damaged-on-arrival, wrong item/size/color, or item not as described.

6.5 Non-refundable charges

  • Outbound shipping ($6.99) is non-refundable once an order has shipped.
  • If a parcel is returned to sender and you want it resent, reshipment postage $6.99 applies.

6.6 How to request a return

  1. Email support@guteestore.com with subject:

  2. Attach photos/videos if the item is defective or wrong.
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days with the return address and next steps.
  4. Do not send items back without our confirmation – we use multiple fulfillment locations.

6.7 Refund timing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Your bank or card issuer may need 3–5 additional business days to post the funds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, product photos, mockups, designs, text, graphics, logos and layout — is the property of CÔNG TY TNHH GUTEE (GUTEE COMPANY LIMITED) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
  • Once we hand the parcel to the carrier (YunExpress/USPS), risk passes to you. We will assist with tracing and claims, but we cannot guarantee carrier timelines.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, in law, or in platform requirements (e.g. Google Merchant Center, marketplaces).
Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
