3. Products & Pricing
- Unless otherwise stated, many products are made-to-order.
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are processed after full payment is received.
- Accepted methods: PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not store card details.

Order changes & cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once placed due to our quick processing.
- You may cancel within 3 hours of purchase; after this window, the order moves to production/fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.
- No cancellation fee.
- To request a cancellation within 3 hours, email support@guteestore.com with the subject: “Cancel Order – [Order #]”.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, GMT+7).
- Origin & carriers: Shipped from Vietnam via YunExpress (international line-haul) with USPS last-mile in the U.S.
- Estimated delivery (contiguous U.S.): 7–15 business days after dispatch (most arrive in 8–12). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate.
- Shipping fee: $6.99 flat per order (no free shipping).
- We are not responsible for carrier/customs delays or for incorrect/incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. For defective/incorrect items, we may send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Return/refund window
- You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or refund for most items, including change-of-mind returns when the item is new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
- After 30 days, we consider the order accepted and may be unable to provide reimbursement.
Return postage
- Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or preference returns.
- We cover reasonable return shipping costs (or offer an alternative resolution) when the item is defective/damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.
Eligibility for refund
We issue a refund when any of the following applies:
- The product is defective/damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item/size/material was sent.
- The product does not match the description.
- The item was not delivered within 30 days from dispatch (carrier delays verified).
Not accepted
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in resalable condition.
- Products returned without original tags/packaging.
- Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Items explicitly marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA).
How to request a return/refund
- Email support@guteestore.com within the applicable window with the subject: “Refund/Return – [Order #]”.
- Include photos, your order number, and a short description.
- We respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refund timing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to post funds.
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- If a parcel is returned to sender due to an invalid/incomplete address, we can reship after the address is corrected; reshipment postage ($6.99) applies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (images, designs, logos, text) on the Site is the property of CONG TY TNHH GUTEE (GUTEE COMPANY LIMITED) or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. After handoff to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier errors, delays, or loss, though we will assist with investigations.
